Location: Beaverton, ON, Lake Simcoe, 9th Concession Road and Shore Line Road.

Spot activities: kiteboarding, snowkiting,windsurfing.

Suitable for skill level: Intermediate, advanced, perform body-dragging and self-rescue techniques. Kiteboarding or snowkiting beginner and advanced lessons with an instructor

Suitable wind directions: WNW, SW, W, NW.

On site riding condition: kiteboarding Flat to light chop water. Shallow water, approximately 300m(waste deep). Soft bottom with zebra muscles (water shoes recommended). Winter snowkite season is great all across lake simcoe.

Setup area: Public park. Due to the size of the park and trees along shoreline there is no to space to practice kite flying on land. Self-rescue, drift launch water landing or launch and landing with assistance.
